The ZIG ZAG 9 Segment Cup Wheel has very aggressive segment shapes for grinding and design for removing adhesives, thinset coatings and leveling uneven spots or joints. Also used for coatings, adhesive, thinset, and grout bed removal.

The DYNO-XT5-L is an extremely aggressive PCD consisting of superior, high quality five industrial grade polycrystalline segments and a single 30 grit metal bond diamond. The total weight of the machine is transferred to the tips of the polycrystalline teeth. Without any support to hold the teeth back, the PCD aggressively grinds deep into the coatings and concrete surface with amazing speed. This configuration will quickly remove any topical substance and continue into the concrete to quickly expose large size aggregate. Note: This diamond will leave severe scratch patterns.

The VSF metal bond diamond consists of two round 24(D) x 12(H)mm diamond segments and is designed for very soft concrete floors utilizing a very hard bond.

The SF meal bond diamond consists of two round 24(D) x 13(H)mm diamond segments and is designed for soft concrete floors utilizing a fairly hard bond.

The MF metal bond diamond consists of two round 24(D) x 13(H)mm diamond segments and is designed for medium concrete floors utilizing a medium bond.

The HF metal bond diamond consists of two round 24(D) x 13(H)mm diamond segments and is designed for hard concrete floors utilizing a fairly soft bond.

The VHF metal bond diamond consists of two round 24(D) x 13(H)mm diamond segments and is designed for very hard concrete floors utilizing a very soft bond.

The Xtreme HF metal bond diamond consists of two round 24(D) x 13(H)mm diamond segments and is designed for extremely hard concrete floors utilizing an extremely soft bond.

The Big Block VSF XLL series of diamonds was engineered as a long life segment for Very Soft Floors. The Big Block VSF XLL is best utilized when conventional tooling wears out too quickly due to abrasive and very soft concrete. The bond along with the 16/20 grit is excellent for removing thin to medium coatings, paint or thin-set. The 30/40, 80/100 and 150 grit offer excellent life on very soft concrete.

The RAPTOR is specifically designed for coating removal and surface preparation. The 30/40 grit Metal Bond Diamonds along with the arrow shape and orientation of the segments provide for aggressive and high stock removal. The segment heights are 15mm and will provide extra long tool life on medium to hard concrete.

The DYNO-XT is a semi-aggressive PCD tool consisting of a superior, high quality industrial grade polycrystalline most commonly used for exposing aggregate and removing coatings. The 30 grit diamond segments lightly dress and help remove the severe marks left by the PCD grinding. This configuration will yield a higher total square foot life span while providing an aggressive rate of coating and concrete removal. Note: This diamond tool will leave heavy to severe scratch patterns.

The HF SPLIT PCD is specifically designed for HARD floors utilizing a soft bond matrix. DDT’s Split PCD segments are embedded with PCD “fragmented” pieces. This allows the segments to expose a constant sharp PCD edge for effective coating removal without leaving the aggressive profile left by traditional PCD segments. Split PCD’s should normally be used over traditional PCD segments when removing thin soft coatings.

The SABER TOOTH diamond is used to remove all types of flooring material at various thicknesses or when removing multiple layers of material or stock. It will easily remove coatings, mastic, glue, thin-set or concrete material especially when a full aggregate finish is required. It will flatten curled joints or trip hazards. Basically, the SABER TOOTH diamond has a tremendous rate of removal. It is very aggressive. The wide segments and wide spacing design between segments allows the material you are removing or grinding to be cleared out faster and more efficiently than any of the other saw blade design. The SABER TOOTH diamond is used on jobs when conventional tooling simply does not work.

The SAW BLADE diamond was designed with the same intention and purpose as the SABER TOOTH diamond but allows debris to build up between the diamond segments creating a larger surface area to provide for a longer tool life while maintaining the diamonds’ performance. The SAW BLADE design will leave a smoother finish than the SABER TOOTH design.

The SAW BLADE XLL diamond is designed to be used on aggressive concrete. Specifically, concrete that is soft and abrasive. The diamond will yield a longer life than the SABER TOOTH or SAW BLADE diamonds thereby minimizing tooling costs on softer floors while maintaining the diamonds’ performance; meaning that you will still attain great removal rates with a much longer tool life.

Used for DRY applications. This resin/copper pad contains copper powder and is used when transitioning from a metal bond diamond to a resin bond diamond. Use the Fusion Diamonds when a metal bond diamond is not required as the first step or when a resin bond diamond is not aggressive enough to begin the honing process. In addition, this diamond is excellent to use when applying the Vexcon Fusion process to concrete floors.
