The SAW BLADE Quick Change Diamond was designed with the same intention and purpose as the SABER TOOTH diamond but allows debris to build up between the diamond segments creating a larger surface area to provide for a longer tool life while maintaining the diamonds’ performance. The SAW BLADE design will leave a smoother finish than the SABER TOOTH design.

The DYNO-XT5-L is an extremely aggressive PCD consisting of superior, high quality five industrial grade polycrystalline segments and a single 30 grit metal bond diamond. The total weight of the machine is transferred to the tips of the polycrystalline teeth. Without any support to hold the teeth back, the PCD aggressively grinds deep into the coatings and concrete surface with amazing speed. This configuration will quickly remove any topical substance and continue into the concrete to quickly expose large size aggregate. Note: This diamond will leave severe scratch patterns.

Easy Cut is an effective concrete agent for extra hard concrete that has been treated with concrete curing sealers and hardening agents. Can also be used to strip coatings, waxes or other heavy baked on grime.

Directions: For extra hard concrete or concrete that has been treated with concrete curing sealers or hardening agents, use 1 Part Easy Cut to 1 Part water (1:1).

For strip coatings, waxes or heavy baked on grime or general cleaning, use 1 Part Easy Cut and up to 50 Parts water (Up to 1:50).

Dynamic Diamond Tooling’s single phase DDV 13 HEPA dust collector is equipped with a conical pre-filter and one H13 HEPA filter.

The main filter with 1.5 m² filter surface, each of the HEPA filter is independently tested and certified.

DDV 13 can separate the fine dust with efficiency 99.97% @ 0.3μm, ensuring your work space is a clean and safe environment.

DDV 16 is recommended for small grinders and hand held power tools.

Dynamic Diamond Tooling’s single phase DDV 26 HEPA dust collector is a powerful, portable vacuum that can be used alone for wide variety of pick-up applications, and to supplement hand/floor power tools for dustless grinding, sanding and drilling. Dynamic Diamond Tooling (DDT) DC-5011 Polyurea is available in 750 x 750 ml dual cartridge. The cartridges provide the contractor with the flexibility to accomplish a multitude of jobs, without the need to purchase small tubes, which are painfully dispensed manually using a caulking gun or the need to hire a joint filling contractor that utilizes an expensive, plural component static mix equipment.

The standard color is medium grey but any custom color can be chosen for an additional small fee.

The Pneumatic gun has a speed dispensing control and is available for purchase from DDT. In addition, you will find Dynamic Diamond Tooling’s’ heavy duty 8”angled scraper from the Cucamonga company to be a tremendous asset when shaving the joint.
